Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open, employee-led communities that bring people together around shared identities, experiences, and interests. These groups create space for connection, support, and growth, both personally and professionally. At MiraCosta, ERGs play an important role in helping us live out our Mission, Vision, Commitment, Institutional Values, and Institutional Goals. They offer opportunities to network, build relationships, and celebrate the diversity that strengthens our community. By fostering understanding and connection, ERGs help make our college a place where everyone feels valued and supported, helping MiraCosta continue to grow as an inclusive and vibrant place to work and learn.
