
Got Story? Identity Celebration Showcase
We welcome submissions in genres including, but not limited to,* the following:
- Writing including, but not limited to, personal narrative, short story, flash fiction, experimental writing, essay, memoir, drama/screen- or playwriting, novel or novella excerpt, literary journalism, poetry, graphic narrative, comics, and storyboard
- Visual art including, but not limited to, drawing, prints, photography, painting, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, crafts, graphic design, photography, film/video, and wood work.
- Performance inclusing music, song, dance, drama, comedy, spoken word鈥� if you can record it, we鈥檇 like to display it, and we welcome you to submit it.
- Digital projects including, but not limited to, websites, games, hypertext poetry, hypertext fiction, animation, digital art, video essay, CAD, and digital illustration.
What have we forgotten to mention? We want to display that too.

Submission Guidelines
- There is no limit on the number of submissions, but please use a separate form for each one.
- We welcome submissions in any language(s).
- Previously published or displayed work is happily accepted, but please make sure to include the publication details with your work.
- For display purposes, artists may choose to use a pseudonym. (Details in submission form.)
- The submission button will take you to the submission form. You will be able to include links to your work within the form but files must be emailed to us at 尘肠肠飞肠蔼尘颈谤补肠辞蝉迟补.别诲耻.鈥�
- For physical submissions, you will send us a photo and the approximate dimensions of the piece.
- Submissions close October 15.
- Works in progress may be submitted as 鈥減lace holder drafts鈥� between October 16 and October 30. (Details in submission form.)
The first 30 artists who submit work will receive a participation gift.

Aceptamos propuestas en g茅neros que incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:
- Escritura incluyendo, entre otros: narrativa personal, relato corto, microrrelato, escritura experimental, ensayo, memorias, teatro/guion (para cine o escena), fragmento de novela, novela corta, periodismo literario, poes铆a, narrativa gr谩fica, c贸mics,
- o guion gr谩fico (storyboard).
- Artes visuales incluyendo, entre otros: dibujo, l谩mina de arte, fotograf铆a, pintura, t茅cnica mixta, escultura, cer谩mica, artesan铆a, dise帽o gr谩fico, cine/video, trabajo en madera
- Artes esc茅nicas m煤sica, canci贸n, danza, teatro, comedia, o *spoken word* (poes铆a recitada)... si puedes grabarlo, nos gustar铆a exhibirlo y te invitamos a enviarlo.
- Proyectos digitales incluyendo, entre otros: sitios web, videojuegos, poes铆a de hipertexto, ficci贸n de hipertexto, animaci贸n, arte digital, videoensayo, CAD, o ilustraci贸n digital.

Pautas para el env铆o de propuestas
- No hay l铆mite en el n煤mero de env铆os, pero por favor utilice un formulario independiente para cada uno.
- Aceptamos obras en cualquier idioma.
- Se aceptan obras publicadas o exhibidas anteriormente; por favor, aseg煤rese de incluir los detalles de la publicaci贸n junto con su obra.
- A efectos de exhibici贸n, los artistas pueden optar por utilizar un seud贸nimo. (Detalles en el formulario de presentaci贸n).
- El bot贸n de env铆o le dirigir谩 al formulario correspondiente. En dicho formulario podr谩 incluir enlaces a su obra, pero los archivos deben enviarse por correo electr贸nico a mccwc@miracosta.edu.
- Para obras f铆sicas, deber谩 enviarnos una fotograf铆a y las dimensiones aproximadas de la pieza.
- El plazo de presentaci贸n finaliza el 15 de octubre.
- Los trabajos en curso pueden enviarse como 芦borradores provisionales禄 entre el 16 y el 30 de octubre. (Detalles en el formulario de envoi.)
Los primeros 30 artistas que env铆en su obra recibir谩n un obsequio por su participaci贸n.
