About SALSA
The Science and Lab Skills Advancement (SALSA) program is a paid, on-campus opportunity for students interested in STEM, laboratory work, or pursuing careers in science. SALSA student employees support the Chemistry Department by assisting with laboratory preparation, maintaining equipment, and building professional skills that translate to future careers.
SALSA is designed to be hands-on, community-building, and career-elevating, helping students grow into confident and capable members of the scientific community.
