Elections Calendar/Timeline
- February 2 (Monday): Call for Nominations sent out. Please see eligibility information in the Call for Nominations sent earlier.
- February 13 (Friday) by noon: Nominations close at 12pm.
At the request of AS/FA leadership, the elections committee will send out updates during this nomination period on Friday, February 6, and then the following Wednesday and Friday. - February 16 (Monday) by 12pm: Deadline for Faculty Assembly nominees to respond with a yes or no by 12pm.
- February 19 (Thursday) noon: Deadline for Faculty Assembly nominees to submit candidate statement and answers to candidate questions for brochure by 12pm.
- February 20 (Friday) by 12pm: Deadline for Academic Senate nominees to respond with a yes or no and to submit a candidate statement and answers to questions for brochure by 12pm. Candidate brochures will be emailed to faculty soon after these deadlines.
- February 23 (Monday): Balloting begins. An email with exact instructions for voting will be sent to all voting members.
- February 27 (Friday) by 12pm: Voting period ends at 12pm. More details about how to get ballots to us and the time/place ballots will be counted will be provided on voting instructions.
