Vision
麻豆影视 envisions a future in which the Caring Campus framework is successfully institutionalized and sustained, creating an environment where every student can go from being interested in enrolling to the first day of class seamlessly, knowing where to go and who to contact in case any needs arise. Our vision is characterized by highly engaged employees. We commit to proactively engaging students and employees daily through methods like the Ten-Foot Rule, utilizing outreach for enrollment/registration, performing timely check-ins, New Employee Orientation, and offering hybrid/virtual options for support. Employees are encouraged to be fully engaged and available to students. - Collaboration and Shared Knowledge
We value cross-departmental knowledge, necessitating collaboration across the campus community. We ensure employees are trained and knowledgeable about student and employee support services so they can provide effective warm referrals. - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA)
