Superintendent/President and Board Relations
Successfully onboard new superintendent/president and develop the capacity of the
Board so that the two can grow together professionally.
Build a strong working relationship in support of the college鈥檚 mission, vision, values, and continued student success.
Goal Two
Student Success/Guided Pathways/Equity
Regularly monitor progress of Student Success through the lens of diversity, equity,
and inclusion. Maximize the first-year success rate of students by:
a) reviewing disaggregated Guided Pathways metrics a minimum of twice per year, and
b) providing the resources needed to improve first-year success, and
c) seeking information about student sense of belonging.
Goal Three
Professional Development
Provide for robust professional development for all college employees and board members
in support of the college鈥檚 mission.
Goal Four
Futures Planning
Strengthen capacity for Futures lens thinking and continue to incorporate it into
the college's planning and implementation.
Goal Five
Engage the Community
Enhance the visibility of the district as a community asset featuring its accomplishments
and value through systematic engagement in the communities we serve.
Goal Six
Stewardship
Ensure good stewardship of all the District鈥檚 resources for long-term sustainability
and viability.
