How to Get involved
Volunteer At the CARE Free Food & Resource Market Events
Students, faculty, staff, and community members are encouraged to volunteer their time assisting at our CARE Free Food & Resource Market (food distribution) events. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete our and/or contact us with any questions at care@miracosta.edu.
Volunteers are needed to set up, sort produce, bag produce, organize grocery items, and distribute food to students. If you are a campus or community resource that would like to table at an event or if you have a larger group or program that would like to volunteer, please contact us at care@miracosta.edu.
Volunteer at the Food Pantry
If you are interested in volunteering on a regular, weekly basis at any of our campus food pantries (Oceanside Campus, San Elijo Campus and/or Community Learning Center), please fill out the .
Volunteers are needed to help greet students, unload and restock food items, assist students at check-out, and help maintain the space. Once you fill out the form, we will contact you with more information. You can also reach out to our team with your availability and any questions at care@miracosta.edu.
Donate
The MiraCosta Food Pantry and CARE Free Food & Resource Market events are a campus-wide collaboration sustained through Categorical Grant Funds and financial contributions from community, faculty, staff, and students.
We are happy to accept donations of hygiene items and shelf-stable food items at either
our Oceanside Campus Food Pantry or Community Learning Center Food Pantry. You may
bring the donations directly to a pantry staff member or let a pantry staff member
know you would like assistance with bringing the donations in from your vehicle.

If you would like to make a monetary donation, you may donate online at the link below or by check. Please address the check to "麻豆影视 Foundation" and write "100538_GF CARE Program" in the memo line.
